1. kesihatan : makanan yg sihat : food with high glycemic index bahaya lead to DM. protein will give u longer satisfaction: bihun with egg, chicken, milk. use filter at home.check out your family food intake. exercise regularly. if u dont have time to exercise, u ll invite any problem health.

2. minda : what kind of books and magazine u read? the good one is solusi, give u way of life. channel on television. news u see?

3. kerohanian
pray as jemaah with ur children and husband

4. perhubungan dgn manusia:
appreciate ur husband, wife, spouse, children
talk about his kindness
do not critisize
(apply to anyone including ur maid, mom or dad in law)

5. kewangan
do not fussy about branded thingy. think about ur nutrition, skin care, much more valuable than physically isn't it?dental care, floss always..take care of his pride.
