13 Ramadhan..23 Ogos 2010
1st day of year 4 clinical class..which begin with family medicine posting for my group..next will be orthopedics (tulang2) and next will be specialty posting and last one is psychiatry..
quit exciting, yet tiring..this posting need us to travel,again,,around KK Puchong,KK Dengkil and KK Bangi..
ok,1st day..not expect too much..the doctors keep on remind us not to fail!dare to fail!if u didn't pass 2 and more posting, u will repeat the whole year!!!erkkk
im not going to do it.i mean the fail thingy..so,ve to be serious this time around..no more play2..alhamdulillah, yr 3 was over with quit memorable experience and not to say my result..no fail..hehe..perhaps i enjoyed doing all my postings=)
prof cakap,we will have less holidays,BUT it ll compensate our next holiday, which is mean, we will be graduating on July 2012, instead of August 2012...they lengthening our holiday after yr 5, understand that most of the girls want to get married or at least get engaged and so wutever..haha..
ok,that's it..go back to my serious business..study time!

welcome to ramadhan school!!
today is 2nd ramadhan 1431..
im not going to waste my ramadhan this year..let us speed up this oppurtunity to rebut pahala!!!
yeah..
itu yg dean kiteorg ckp smlm, as Ramadhan is full with barakah, every good things kite buat, insyaAllah, berlipat ganda Allah bg bayaranye...
dean ask us to list on our target..as simple as smile to other ppl..but,beware, smile to the same sex or ppl who u know=)
so,here is my target:
1. didn't miss any sahur, even just wake up to eat a kurma and a sip of mineral water
2. must perform tarawikh prayer every day (eventhough x gi masjid)
3. must baca quran, at least 2 pages per day (hopfully to khatam yg lepas nye pages)
4. must do sunat b4 subuh, sunat dhuha, after maghrib.
5. smile to other ppl
6. bykan 'memberi' dr menerima
ok,it's just 5 targets of mine..how about yours?

sakaratul maut
last Friday, my friend had a loss...she loss her youngest brother,who's the age same with me, studying in UIA, langar-lari nye accident..luluh hati satu family, when they have to come to the hospital just to 'cam' jenazah..
how do you feel if this tragedy happened in your family?u get just a call from the hospital, and need your cooperation to 'cam' jenazah?
that's happen to my housemate aka groupmate aka step sister (boleh jugak,hehe)..she was really shock..it's too fast..when we was in year 1, 3 years back, i accompanied her at 3 am back to her house in Kajang with Kak Mimi, coz her father had heart attack. u know, i never experienced such that loss, it's like,ouch!
today, she had to face another loss..now, there's only 6 siblings without parents, and alhamdulillah, i respect their strengths, all of them in and out..
i was thinking..learning issue here..
do we have to make a kenduri and asked people to come to our house to recite yaasin and doa to si mati? doesn't they still in a 'sad' mood to prepare those foods and stuff?
i will find teh answer later..need to go to the main campus..proposal not done yet!

traditional and complementary medicine (TCM)
a friend of mine (aka A) suddenly can't move her leg, she hardly walk, fortunately she can speak, but sometimes, she hardly speak out..it's all happen in sudden, without any warnings and it happen quite for sumtimes recently..
she had seek for treatment, and now she was under the neurolgy's observation..maybe problem with her saraf..i dunno..
well, nak dijadikan story, while we are about to go home, i have to papah A,coz she hardly walk, from the surau to kat depan pintu besar main camp..time ngah sket2 jalan tu, suddenly this one guy,a chinese muslim dr (i think he's a dr,but he's not) asked about A's condition.. after a while, he asked us to go to his clinic at BBST, and try a 'photomedicine' to cure the 'paranormal' thingy that might hurt my friend..
at first, i did not want to beleive him, but when he started to talk about, neuron, cells, and stuff, i think, why not kite gi tmpat dia kan...he said, there is one patient, condition sebijik mcm A ni, where the hospital can't figure out what's going on to the patient..after 3 mnth i think, she's getting to her normal condition ..and there is also a semi paralysis ptn, after seek treatment in his clinic, he can walk after sumtimes!
der..ok,fine...so,that nite, i bring A to his clinic...tertulis la perkataan TCM depan clinic dia...BBST, boleh la cam tmpat tu,pnah ikut fogging time public health.hehe..well, after a few minute of history taking, he asked me to cut 3-4 helai rambut A using a scissor..and he took the sample to a small room,kiteorg x masuk pun..and the result was, you have problem with ur blood..there's a viral infection and bla2...(hahahaha..ok,nak gelak tp kene tahan)..can u imagine?how he can diagnose a ptn just using a few of hair?yup,3-4 lai rambut je????OMG...sgt terer la ini dr..kalo prof Rasyid ke, Prof Latiff ke tau mende ni,ades,abes kiteorg kene gelak..
orait2..then,to confirm his diagnosis, he asked A to stand up..there are a few mcm botol kecik2, mewakili organ2 dlm badan..that time, im like sure he's a dr, coz dia pandai sebut, this one is pituitary, this is hypothalamus, this one is ur medula oblongata, this one mewakili ur heart, liver,bile, pancrease..peh,sume organ ada la mewakili botol2 kecik tu..terer beb..
and A have to hold one by one the small bottle using her left hand..while on the right hand she have to tahan the pressure from the dr..A luruskan tangan paras bahu,and dr tu tekan dr atas,tgk dia dpt thn ke x..the result is, time A pgg satu2 botol2 tu, she can tahan the pressure, but when the bottle yg mewakili blood, tgn dia x dpt thn, and tgn dia pun jatuh ke bwah..he did twice.and the result is the same.ok,cm bias gak coz pressure from the dr might be different kan?
so,al-confirm la there's viral infection in the blood..wah,senang gle dr yg bukan dr ni nak confirm diagnosis...kalo wat cara ni kat clinic,sah2 xramai org admit to the hosp..hehe..snang keje housemen..
then he said, i ll make a medicine special for u..but u ve to come back again to take the medicine.it's all free coz u r a student..aiseyman...serius, nak-caye-ke-tidak still in my mind..
sementara tu,semoat jugak dia wat warna-aura test to us..there are 4 colours yg melambangkan diri kite ni..the method is the same..dia tunjuk kaler tu,and tekan tgn kite,tgk dpt resist ke x..after did the test, i was the only red-personality..hua2..my friends sume hijau..
ok,kalo merah,selalunye org nye emotional, kuat hati and perasaan like,kalo dia nak W,dia nak W jugak,xnak F..she's very loyal,setia pada yg satu, can be a loyal housewife insyaAllah..then, she's very caring,like kalo da ske kat sumone,mmg syg sgt2, and im thinking of hakim..hehe..and dia mmg ske budak2..next, the dr advised me to find a cool soulmate, not a red personality..nnt x ngam..better cari the green one..hehe..aw0k green,sy konpem=)
well,the truth is, he was right everything about me!!!
my mother is the one who can describe myself..yeah, i can easily get angry or moody, if the situation is not good for me..esp PMS time..sorry esp to mj, who can bear the hardship...haha..the another rite thing is,if i said,nak gi alamanda ptg ni jugak,i definitely go to alamanda even though im alone..keras hati btol..kalo nak gi tgk wayang,pape terjadi pon,nak tgk jugak cte best tuh..ha,lebih kurg cmtu la..so,mcm boleh je jadik mrs smith..hehe..berani-mati..
well,today, we supposed to go to the clinic back, but since A is quite busy with her proposal, kite tangguhkan dulu..
in my mind, am still in confusing-state..

EBM 2nd week
my love to EBM is increasing!!!but not dratistically increase ok...hehe
am reading some jurnals..coz tomorrow we have 'class' with Prof Rashid Abd Rahman..God, i like him very much..the way he think, the way he talk, the way he gives ideas..oo...can i borrow ur brain for a while?maybe boleh la sket2 neuron tu lekat kat kpl ni..
u can search anything about him..i think, he's the only one yg ada 'keunikan' mcm tu kan msia ni..prof abd rashid bin adb rahman..he's the critical thinker!!!ever and for ever!!
ok mimi..done..sambung baca jurnal balik...

learning is an everyday process
1st week of EBM will ended by a quick exam tomorrow morning. what we have learn so far?der...we learn how to think!!
b4 i elaborate more towards the 'what we ve learn dz week', i just want to thank Allah (coz i rarely thanks him for everything,ve to remind myself always & 4ever) for giving me the opportunity to learn,relearn, study happily in CUCMS. i admit when i was in the 1st day in yr 1 in CUCMS, i ve the feeling of dislike towards 'swasta' college eventhough most of us are under MARA or JPA. along the journey, i study just to pass exam (alhamdulillah, eventhough ada failed in weekly assessment, but safe in the final..syukur,act takot MARA tarik balik),there's no feeling to be a real doctor..i studied bcz i just follow the stream..huhu~
i should thank Allah for everything.moga2 perjalanan yg berbaki lagi 2 thn ni,dianugerahkan nikmat manisnye ilmu kpdku..ameen ya rabb..Dia da beri peluang kpd ku yg alpa sebelum ni untuk sampai ke tahap ini..jadik,tidak akan ku sia2kan for my next move...insyaAllah..
ok,proud to CUCMSian..really..i read in the newapaper last3 days..our college was in the tier 4!!amazing!! in Msia,no uni dpt tier 6 (the paling cemerlang one). for tier 5 , 7 IPt and 11 IPTS in the ranking.. and for tier 4, there are 25 IPT's and CUCMS is one of them..our college is just 5 year old where the 1st batch is in their final sem rite now..we are very young, yet can duduk sama rendah and berdiri sama tinggi with others..kat dlm paper utusan,dia terangkan sume pe pentingnye ranking ni sume..
maybe there are certain criteria in our uni that didn't ve in other uni..
plus, our dedicated lecturers..i love them a lots!!we have like mentor-mentee, usrah together with the lecturers, and make the bonding btwn us like parents-kids..alhamdulillah..
study with Dr Rafizi and her wife, Dr Suhaila (preggy 8 mnth) in their house.
with Prof Amaluddin in Manjung Perak, mkn ice cream and stuff kat tepi pantai..and dpt hadith-tafsir-sirah-free-talk from prof odw from putrajaya-perak and perak-putrajaya..
Prof Amal and us (pure cucms &new fren from Unand,Padang uni) hving seafood as our dinner,prof blanja..hik2
break for awhile with the real dedicated Dr Rafizi..Dr Rafizi slalu blanja his student during 10-minute-break..dia x bg student bayar
well,these are a few pic with them..there r lots of memories in our heart...basically, we love our lecturers,a lot..
ok,masuk topik EBM balik..our course coordinator, Prof Abd Rashid Abd Rahman, is one of the genius, who use his mind to the upmost he can.everyone know him intranationally and internationally, bcz he's a thinker!!
prof Rasyid da pk nak buat hospital and uni sendiri when he was in medical school..now,his mission complete. da ada hospital pakar an-nur bangi , and CUCMS..
so,now, we have to be a thinker too!training for a month..terasa mcm philosopher la plak..tgk pe socrates ckp, use 6 hats, 10 DATTS from Edward deBono, and other philosophers..all this thing used to sharpen our perception and focus thinking in more comprehensive and effective manner. used to solve problem and good desicion making too..cm bosan,tp mcm best jugak when i jalan2 kat saifulislam nye blog..7 habits, paradigm and sifat..
its just the same..dlm Quran pun da tunjuk da cara2 berfikir..apa keperluan berfikir...kenapa perlu berfikir..
k la,till here..panjang plak entri nih..hehe

- YM : young mercy project where all of us ve to do a project to pupuk semangat volunterism and smgt kerjasama..slalunye our college slalu buat sunnathon for free to local ppl..
- MM : military medicine, yr 4 ni baru masuk,no idea
- DRM disaster relieve medicine : preparation utk dipanggil to help the doctors (cth tsunami kat Acheh)

yr 4?
i don't like this feeling..really..
scary+worry+afraid
isnin ni we will be hvig our 1st day of EBM course. Evidence Based Medicine. der, i dunno whether i can enjoy doing research, using the laptop all the time, baca magazine about drugs, available drugs in the country...buat researches!!OMG..OMG..ive asked the senior bout this course. 4 jam kredit, besar tuh..
baru je tgk gmail group, diaorg da post grouping and sv. dpt grup gdn Zubair and Alex..boys..haha..Zubair is my x-groupm8, so,alhamdulillah knal la x-Matri student ni. rockers tp bley jadik ustaz gak..lg sorg Alex,ive no idea..our sv is prof Thuaibah.alhamdulillah sgt2!!she's my x-mentor, my naqibah, my pathology lect..tgk je nama prof,haih,terbit rasa girang sedikit di hati ini..hehehe
EBM course will take about 1 month to finish ie 13 August,insyaAllah..then we will have break for a week (alhamdulillah), then will cont with our yr 4 clinical rotation starting from 23 august.
talking about yr 4 clinical rotation, its quite scary for me. but then, bile time mentor-mentee, the seniors shows very good attitude and mcm best je..kurang sket the nervousness nih..huhu~
straight 4 month for 2 posting, cont with one week yr 4 exam, then baru ada break..one week break only !!hahaha..then, sambung lagi 4 month for 2 posting, one week yr 4 exam, lastly elective for one month..cmne nak kawen nih???hek2..adoi ai...
da,da..toksah pk pasal cuti panjang2 lagi..terime je dgn redha..org lain boleh buat,kite pon mst boleh wat..insyaAllah....

talking about yr 4 clinical rotation, its quite scary for me. but then, bile time mentor-mentee, the seniors shows very good attitude and mcm best je..kurang sket the nervousness nih..huhu~
straight 4 month for 2 posting, cont with one week yr 4 exam, then baru ada break..one week break only !!hahaha..then, sambung lagi 4 month for 2 posting, one week yr 4 exam, lastly elective for one month..cmne nak kawen nih???hek2..adoi ai...
da,da..toksah pk pasal cuti panjang2 lagi..terime je dgn redha..org lain boleh buat,kite pon mst boleh wat..insyaAllah....
